Designed to replace the "two piece" handlebar clamps on Yamaha Road Stars up to 2003, 650 V-Star, all models up to 2007, 1100 V-Star Classic up to 2004, 1100 V-Star "Custom" up to 2007. Includes Tach, Chrome Billet Tach Mount, Handlebar Clamp, and Cup. Easy to install with no wires to splice. Easy plug-in installation.
