Designed to replace the "two piece" handlebar clamps on Yamaha Road Stars up to 2003, 650 V-Star, all models up to 2007, 1100 V-Star all models up to 2004. Does not work with windshield. Includes Tach, Chrome Billet Tach Mount, Handlebar Clamp, and Cup. Easy to install with no wires to splice. Easy plug-in installation. Comes with all necessary hardware, connectors, and complete instructions.
